Hansel are therefore able to offer a wide range of both Full-Time and Part-Time career opportunities both in Social Care and Associated Support Services (Administration, Personnel, Finance).

These vacancies would be based either at the unique semi-rural environment of our Broadmeadows Estate, Symington or in the local communities of South, East or North Ayrshire. There are also opportunities to work on a Bank/Sessional basis.

We offer a comprehensive Induction programme of training which equips staff with the skills, knowledge and confidence to support our service users. This knowledge can be developed further when staff are given the opportunity to complete an SVQ in Health and Social Care. Specialist courses covering subjects such as epilepsy, Autism and Challenging Behaviour are also available to staff and through formal Management Supervision and Support Staff are also able to identify any further training needs to allow continuous professional development.
