An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Estimator to join an established Building Contractor based in the capital of the Highlands, Inverness.
This contractor has built is reputation on its successful delivery ofdemanding andhigh profileconstruction projects on time and budget in sectors such as social housing, commercial and industrial buildings and high quality homes.
Our client is looking for the highest quality staff to join their thriving and expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a proven skills set alongside the desire and the ability to excel.
Skills:
You will need to have a background in construction estimating, ideally from a main contractor
Have worked on similar projects and at similar values, if not more, as an Estimator.
Ideally have proven management skills, due to the senior level of the role.
Have a relevant qualification, or time served experience as an Estimator.
Have experience of manual and computerised Estimating
