Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of weekly management reports and monthly and periodic management accounts for our Scottish sites and all other associated finance duties and projects as required.
Ideally applicants will be either
a finalist/part qualified accountant with previous experience in a commercial or practice environment.
a qualified accounting technician (AAT) with minimum 2 years PQE gained in a commercial or practice environment.
Consideration will be given to candidates who do not have formal qualifications but have gained extensive experience in a similar role.
Strong IT skills are essential and proficiency with MS office applications, in particular MS Excel is vital. A working knowledge of Sage Line 50 would be advantageous

All candidates must be flexible and be prepared to work additional hours when required to meet customer demand.
