Full Description:
Our client requires a Quantity Surveyor to assist with the development and management of a high quality, efficient and effective professional quantity surveying practice.
You will be required to perform all tasks relative to a Professional Quantity Surveyor and take responsibility for cost aspects of allocated projects from inception to completion. Major tasks include assisting the Principal Quantity Surveyor in budgets, staff resourcing, delegation of work and supervision also preparing accurate probable costs and cost plans for all types of capital and revenue building projects and maintain current budget cost estimate files. You will also be required to to evaluate tenders and prepare full project reports.
