Job Description

Project Manager

My Client is currently seeking to recruit 3 Project Managers to work on major retail projects within the Highlands of Scotland. The successful applicants must have a strong background within the retail or mainline construction side of the industry. Our client is seeking an individual with an extensive track record of delivering high value projects successfully and within the deadlines. You must have excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage projects from its inception to completion, have excellent interpersonal skills and have a strong sense of commercial awareness. You will be responsible for holding site meetings, appointing sub contractors and laying out schedules of work to your site managers to follow. Ideally you will be educated to degree level and hold at least 10 years experience within this sector. The successful applicants will be rewarded with an excellent career with one of the countries leading construction companies and opportunities for internal promotions. This post is available on either contract or Perm and Housing (Digs) will be allocated for those travelling.

Criteria

Must have previous experience as Contracts/Project Manager.
Degree educated is advantageous
Trades background considered
Health & Safety Certificates
CSCS card
