My client is an independent firm of Consulting Engineers providing Civil & Structural Engineering and Building Development Services.

Their success is based on the ability to meet the aspirations of Clients while maintaining a quality service from feasibility through to contract completion.

Since forming in January 2003, the company have evolved into one of the leading independent firms of Consulting Engineers in the Highland of Scotland.

They are a limited company wholly owned by share holding Directors who are actively involved with managing projects and committed to developing the company.

My client are looking for a Structural Engineer to join their team and work on a wide variety of different projects of various sizes, including, Commercial, Residential and Retail.

Skills:
*Educated to degree standard and preferably a Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer.
*Sound knowledge of Structural design in concrete and steel structures, as well as experience in other structural materials.
*Excellent interpersonal skills.
*A working knowledge of current Scottish and UK construction regulation and administration.

The successful candidate will join a company that maintain and encourage regular training of all their staff to ensure their skills and expertise are in line with developments in the various sectors within which they work.

You will be offered a competitive starting salary which is reviewed yearly, you will be entitled a performance related bonus that is paid twice yearly, flexitime and the company is also currently looking at a flexible benefits package to offer employees.
