| My client, a well known building contractor, is currently recruiting for a Project Manager to work in the Highlands of Scotland. Established in the early 1900's they have built up an enviable reputation throughout Scotland. The company continually endeavours to achieve the highest standard in customer service, health and safety and employee training. They are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their already successful team to take control and deliver large scale construction projects. Responsibilities would include; - to monitor and review projects commercial performance and ensure it returns to budget and plan - be responsible for the safety and welfare of all staff and sub-contractors on site - Manage liaisons, interfaces and contacts with customers and stakeholders - Chair site meetings, progress meetings, safety meetings with customer, sub-contractors and suppliers Ideally you will have a proven track record in larger builds and will hold trade certificates including using CSCS & CITB, however a proven track knowledge in the construction trade would be suitable. In return the company are willing to offer a very attractive package which will include a high basic salary, dependent on experience, car or car allowance, pension.
