THE COMPANY

The position will provide the successful candidate with excellent autonomy and scope to Develop within the Organisation whilst providing themselves with a excellent reward's package.

THE ROLE

The role involves managing a portfolio of Business customers with a turnover of £1-5 million with lending requirements of 0.5m and above. Managing the quality of the banks lending portfolio in UK by way of approval, overview and control, accepting full responsibility for lending decisions made within individual and joint delegated commitment; ensuring that the risks of lending proposals submitted are properly identified, assessed mitigated, structured and priced appropriately and completing of credit decision responsibilities within the requirements of agreed service level agreements will also be required. You will be part of the North of Scotland Commercial team tasked with implementing new ideas and procedures to enable the organisation to gain competitive advantage and increased market share.

THE EXPERIENCE

The Successful candidate must possess a sound understanding of a business and commercial environment, previous experience in Banking including a proven track record of key role involvement in completion of a range of Banking transactions. You will be a highly motivated individual with excellent communications skills with a passion for delivering excellent results within a Banking environment.
