Full Description:
You will be making outbound calls to customers of the bank, giving them the chance to find out about new products and services on offer to assist them in improving their returns on monies invested in existing accounts, as well as the opportunity to be provided with full and professional financial planning advice and product reviews. An element of IT based research will form part of the role, with full training given to the successful applicants. It will be your responsibility to ensure that customers are kept up to date with changes in the products offered by the bank as well as promoting the other services provided by the bank. Whether you come from a call centre experience, you will have a professional telephone manner and preferably experience in providing customer service and working to sales targets.
