Exciting opportunities have arisen for Contact Centre Associates to join a growing outsource company. This role is to receive and respond to all incoming and outbound calls in a professional, courteous and friendly manner using the relevant campaign guidelines and scripts.

To effectively handle campaigns involving email, faxes, data processing, etc, in order to contribute to the achievement of Company strategy and objectives. All customer contacts should be dealt with efficiently, meeting or exceeding their expectations of the company.

There are various shifts available within this role to suit every lifestyle as well as a free bus provided to and from Inverness.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Strong questioning and probing skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport.
• Experience of working in a call centre environment desirable, but not essential.
• PC literate, with a working knowledge of industry standard packages (e.g. Microsoft Word & Excel.)
• Understanding of how to operate a telephone.
• Ability to multi-task, and excellent organisational skills
• Results focused, committed to providing outstanding customer service.
• Strong team player
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and retain control when faced with difficulty.
