As a Customer Adviser for Halifax or Bank of Scotland you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle account transactions, resolve queries and provide an exceptional service.

At the same time you will be responsible for generating new sales for the branch from rapport built with customers.

Previous sales experience isn't necessary for the role, however you will need an ability to drive sales, and be motivated by targets.
