Its a really varied role that calls for individuals with previous experience at Assistant Manager level. A motivator and organiser, you will have a real passion for development, training your own team of Retail Advisors and growing your own skills. You will also be called on to support the Branch Manager. From stock, margin and cost control to visual merchandising and customer service, you will have total involvement in how the branch is run.
